The 3 Trails Race is a friendly trail running event that offers participants a range of formats to suit everyone’s needs and maximum enjoyment.

In 2023, 800 participants took up the challenge under a beautiful sun!

A trail between beaches and forests

Two race distances are on offer: 6 km and 15 km, plus a 1 km kids’ race. The courses are laid out between beach and forest, to soak up Monta’s summer atmosphere.

That morning in Vendays-Montalivet, the excitement was palpable. The usually tranquil seaside resort is transformed into an effervescent place of competition. On the beach, the sand still fresh under the first light of day, runners line up, ready to take part in the unique event of the year: the 3 trails race, which brings together amateurs and seasoned runners alike!

Held in summer, it’s the perfect opportunity for local clubs to train before the competitions return in September. Whether you’re a jogger, a triathlete, a marathon runner or just curious, take up the challenge and make your vacation a unique one!

There are 2 routes to suit all levels! A children’s race opens the ball for the whole family!
