Very well exposed, the house opens on a fully enclosed garden without opposite and a swimming pool of 8m by 5m of salt water surrounded by a large curtain wood beach rolling security).
A large covered terrace is ideal for meals during the day and in the evening around a stone barbecue.

It is the "living room" of the house whatever the weather because it is well protected from the west winds.

Functional, well designed so that 10 people can live together without disturbing each other, this house is easy to maintain (tiles on the floor) and not very fragile but still very comfortable with its sofas, armchairs, television and wood stove on the ground floor.
