In Montalivet, 300 m from the beach and 500 m from the market and restaurants, lovers of peace and quiet will be seduced by this 3* furnished apartment, a version of an ocean hut on stilts with kitchen and private wooden terrace

An independent entrance (our wooden house is on the back without opposite with the studio) to discover the destination Médoc Atlantique
Free parking in the dead-end street with very little traffic.

We appreciate it:
The quiet district, the relaxing atmosphere, close to nature with the national forest at 50 m giving access to the sea at 350 m on foot (ideal for surfers).
The outdoor space on wooden terrace with teak table, parasol, deckchairs.
For the sportsmen, the loan of bicycles and bodyboards (with deposit) is possible.
